The Opportunity:

The Director of Brand Partnerships is responsible for managing the overall strategic relationship with top CPG clients currently purchasing PDI products and services.  This role will be focused on working with strategic brands to effectively deliver loyalty strategy, process, analytics and services. Our clients will rely on this role to develop and support new opportunities that increase the lifetime value of their relationship with PDI.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with the customer at a senior level, coordinating cross-functional team members directly assigned to our clients and driving the ongoing process and offer marketing strategy.  The ideal candidate will work with internal teams to effectively support the client, analyze program performance to determine effectiveness, and subsequently recommend enhancements to improve future program execution and revenue growth.  The Director of Brand Partnerships must represent both PDI Software and the client professionally and strive to achieve all program goals and objectives.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with assigned customers
  • Work with cross-functional team members to develop annual strategy and objectives with client.
  • Work closely with Business Development counterparts to help identify and drive new revenue opportunities with strategic clients
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with our external clients, and our internal teams.
  • Engage other internal resources as needed to support process completion.
  • Explore opportunities for program expansion.
  • Work with the VP & GM to drive visibility to potential program enhancements and revenue growth.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate program results to clients.
  • Work with clients on value-added services that require PDI Software execution.
