Department

InfoServe Team Leads oversee numerous functions for the InfoServe team, including but not limited to fuel reconciliation, fuel analysis, report filing and client communications. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards and reviewing and evaluation the work and performance of subordinates. InfoServe Team Leads are working associates with extensive experience managing and maintaining client projects, working collaboratively to analyze and troubleshoot issues, escalating any urgent issues to the InfoServe Manager.

Position

Responsibilities include:

  • Assists team of InfoServe Analysts with any assigned client projects
  • Addresses escalated client issues, working collaboratively with and coaching their team to resolve issues and communicate resolutions effectively
  • Provides InfoServe project maintenance services for customer systems; Collects, reviews, and inputs data into proprietary processing system; Audits output data, identifying and resolving production related errors
  • Collaborates daily with customers and supply vendors, responding timely to all communications; Drives customer satisfaction ratings, responsible for ensuring that their team maintains the minimum required level of customer satisfaction
  • Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations
  • Other tasks and special projects as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years related industry and/ or PDI software experience
  • 3-5 years of data-entry and data-processing in a client service role
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required; proficiency in MS Access and other database tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Direct retail, convenience store, grocery store, or warehouse experience is a plus
