Department

This role is part of our Reporting Services department. Our Business Intelligence Developers create reporting solutions for our company's ERP product, PDI/ Enterprise, and our Business Intelligence product, PDI/ Focal Point.

Job Responsibilities:                          

  • Identify business requirements, translate to design documents, develop, test and deliver final product
  • Assist customers with data issues and data migration projects
  • Provide visual representations of data and develop customized reporting solutions using Microsoft BI technologies
  • Conduct unit testing in multiple environments prior to deployment, and deliver and install for customers
  • Create and install high level generic dashboard to track various business operations to help in determining important business decisions, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Performance tuning using SQL Server Profile to find SQL Stored Procedures
  • Maintain a minimum of 31 billable hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or Management Information Systems; Master’s preferred
  • GPA of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale
  • Retail, Warehouse, or convenience store experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio
